The GOB Menorca Recovery Centre has been in operation since 1998 and has specialised staff and facilities for the recovery of wildlife in Menorca.

It partners with the Jaume Pons veterinary clinic in Ciutadella for the health care of injured or sick animals.

The centre’s objective is to contribute to the maintenance of Menorca’s biodiversity by providing assistance to injured or endangered wildlife. It is also committed to environmental education, with visits, talks, workshops and other activities arranged throughout the year to raise public awareness.
